As a singer, actor, conductor, dancer, and music educator, Tahirih "Kali Arasi" Vejdani does a pretty good job up living up to her middle name "The Queen of Arts". From working as a professional singer to studying the ancient art of traditional Indian mehndi, Tahirih is constantly striving to explore beauty in all forms.
Based in Toronto, this half-Indian, half-Persian, fully Canadian artist is continually developing her passion for the arts.
Tahirih is finishing her current season at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival where she performed in a Gilbert and Sullivan operetta, HMS Pinafore, and in the new play adaptation of Treasure Island. She is looking forward to her next project performing in Shrek The Musical at the Globe Theatre in 2018!
